The 6th IEA International Research Conference (IRC-2015) was organized in cooperation with the University of Pretoria in South Africa.
The conference program included three keynote lectures and a number of paper presentations reporting on a wide range of secondary research using data from IEA studies, including ICCS, ICILS, PIRLS, and TIMSS.
The conference was preceded on 22–23 June 2015 by a series of training workshops: "Introduction to IEA Databases and IDB Analyzer," "Using HLM with International Large-Scale Assessment Data," "Assessment Designs, Item Response Theory, and Proficiency Estimates," and "Using the IEA International Datasets for Informing Policy and Practice."
