Research and Analysis Unit
Minge Chen is currently a research analyst at the Research and Analysis Unit (RandA) at IEA Hamburg. Her major responsibilities are scaling tasks for International Large-Scale Assessments (ILSAs) and quantitative methodology in general in the area of educational measurement and evaluation.
